There is a Kind of “Tired” You Can’t Fix With Sleep

This isn’t just “I stayed up too late” tired.

This is:

  • Waking up already drained
  • Hitting that 2pm crash in the afternoon
  • Feeling unmotivated, even though you want to feel better
  • Wondering, “Is this just part of getting older?”

Let me say this clearly:

No, it’s not.

Your body isn’t working against you - it’s trying to get your attention.

Spring Is Your Built-In Reset Button

There’s a reason spring feels like a fresh start. Yesterday was a new month and a new quarter. It is a fresh start. Seize the opportunity.

We now have longer days, more light, and a natural pull to move more, eat lighter, and do something different.

This is the perfect time to stop forcing yourself through low energy and start supporting your body in a way that works during this phase of life.

Because what worked in your 30s? It doesn’t work anymore.

Energy Isn’t About Doing More -It’s About Doing the Right Things

Here’s where so many women get stuck, I see it all the time. They think they need:

  • More discipline
  • More restriction
  • More cardio
  • Less food

And instead, they end up more tired than when they started.

What your body needs is:

  • Balanced blood sugar (hello, steady energy)
  • Strength training to support metabolism
  • Strategic movement, not burnout workouts
  • Fueling your body properly, not skipping meals and hoping for the best

This is where everything shifts.

Here is a Little Truth Bomb (Because You know I’m going to say it)

If you’ve been telling yourself:

“I just need to try harder…”

I’m going to lovingly call that out.

You don’t need more willpower. You need a better approach.

One that works with your hormones, your lifestyle, and your real life (not the version where you have 2 hours a day to work out and prep meals perfectly).

What a Spring Energy Reset Actually Looks Like

It’s not being extreme or overwhelming. This is not the “start over Monday” energy, aren’t you tired of that?

Think:

  • Adding in a short strength workout a few times a week
  • Building meals that keep you full and energized
  • Getting outside (yes, it counts more than you think)
  • Creating small, consistent habits that don’t feel like punishment

This is how you start to feel:

  • Clear-headed
  • Motivated again
  • Comfortable in your body
  • Like yourself again

And that’s the goal.

This Season Isn’t About Reinventing Yourself

It’s about reconnecting with the version of you that feels:

  • Strong
  • Energized
  • Confident

Not someday. Not “after you lose weight.” NOW

So, While You’re Swapping Out Your Closet…

Ask yourself:

What would it look like to feel as fresh as everything around me?

Because you deserve more than just a seasonal wardrobe change.

You deserve an energy shift. I’m always here for you. Now excuse me while I go clean out my closet and up my energy.
