Hi! I’m Hannah.
I’m a psychotherapist in private practice with over a decade of experience, and also Chris Fulkerson’s daughter :)

My Mom kindly offered to share the new course I’m offering on Mindfulness. This course beautifully complements the offerings my Mom already extends to her community, and we know that physical, emotional, and mental health are intricately connected and vital for our wellbeing.

──────────────────WHAT IS MINDFULNESS? ─────────────────────
Mindfulness has gotten a lot of hype in recent years. In a nutshell, Mindfulness is the act of paying attention to your present-moment experience with an attitude of compassion, curiosity, and non-judgement.
I view Mindfulness as an essential, deeply practical, and accessible tool that can provide the conditions for improved management of emotions, a richer sense of meaning in life, greater self-awareness, increased capacity for focus, and much more.
In a world where there is a constant battle for our attention, developing tools (like Mindfulness) to aim for greater attention sovereignty is crucial for protecting meaning and connection to our finite days.

────────────────────────ABOUT THE COURSE──────────────────────
There are so many outlets out there to learn about and practice mindfulness.
This course is unique in that it is learned, practiced, and explored with other humans in real time. It is taught by a human who genuinely cares about your wellbeing (and who also happens to be a licensed therapist).

The course:

• Meets once a week for 1 hour and 15 minutes, for 4 weeks • Includes a minimum of 3 people with up to 10 per group (can be fl exible)

• Past groups have included family members learning together, friends growing together, and women developing skills in community

Each class includes:

• A short teaching portion (including the science behind the impact and mechanisms of Mindfulness)

• A mindfulness skill and meditation to learn and practice

• Open refl ection and group discussion (exploring and learning in community is vital)


The course also includes:

• A wonderful, practical book that goes along with the course

• An app with all practices and meditations that you keep indefi nitely

• Assigned reading and practice reinforced through the app

• In-app feedback from me as you log observations between classes


Cost: • $149-Adults 18–25 • $169-Adults 26+ • Discounts for groups of 6+
